Gluten Free In and Around Olympia, Washington
Sadly, I don't have any pictures of this little stop because these places were actually just pit stops on the way down to Portland. But worth noting none-the-less and I'm sure I'll be back at both these spots within the next year.
This spot was a recommendation of a friend of mine and we called ahead to ask if they could accommodate me, which they could! The staff was friendly and helpful and there were plenty of items off their regular menu that I could choose from with some small changes. I got the Cowgirl Salad without the fried polenta cubes and the potato spinach cake. Which was a bit sad since those both looked so yummy. I may need to try making fried polenta cubes at home some day...
I've stopped here once before and it's a great little shop! They carry a really large selection of gluten free products and a lot of things that I've never seen in Whole Foods or other natural markets. I picked up a bunch of items on this trip, but a couple of the new things I picked up where some Gluten Free candies for halloween and individual serving packets of tamari that I can take with me when I travel.
