Gluten Free In Lynnwood, WA
Being from the San Francisco Bay area, I've eaten a lot of sushi and while I don't find Blue C to be specifically mind-bogglingly good, it is quite consistant and the fish is always fresh. I've gone to a couple of Blue C locations before and this one was pretty much just like the rest. Standard fare with a couple of gluten free rolls and most of the nigri is gluten free as well. They normally have a little post card with a list of the gluten free options, including tamari, but they did not when I recently went. However, the chef's were increadibly responsive and helpful. They were happy to make specialty rolls as well. My biggest beef with them though is that they now mix wheat-full soy sauce with their ikura roles, so they're no longer gluten free like they used to be.
