Gluten Free In Seattle, Washington: Fish & Chips!
I took a first stab at my Seattle Summer Gluten Free Challenge and it was wonderful!
We went out on a nice sunny and warm Friday night to 50 North over by University Village. Their menu is all labeled with which options are gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. It also specifically notes that most dishes are able to be made gluten, dairy, or egg free.
Now, why I really chose this place as the first stop on my challenge was because they offer gluten free fish and chips! It's one of my absolute favorite meals and it's incredibly hard to find gluten free. Oh and those fries were awesome.
Overall it was an excellent experience with knowledgable wait staff, who were more than happy to bring questions to the chef. Great place and I'm looking forward to going back!
