I've been traveling for three out of four weeks this month and I'll be the first to admit - I'm exhausted! From rural Maryland, to Washington DC, to my very first trip to Chicago, it's been a full month to say the least. Next month, I'm looking forward to three weeks at home before three trips in a row; an Oregon to California road trip, Alaska, and eastern Washington.

It's a change I've been considering making for awhile now as I've moved more towards creating far less food content and far more travel content. Call me silly, especially since I've spent 9 years studying two different romance languages - but I just never thought much about the name! While waiting for my bag at SeaTac last Sunday, I saw a post in my personal Facebook feed which simply infuriated me. A friend of mine had liked a post by the Public Broadcasting System (PBS) entitled "Unless You Have Celiac Disease, Gluten Sensitivity Is All In Your Head." In this post, Shauna explains quite tactfully both the rather flawed study which prompted this ridiculous headline and the media circus influencing our society today.

Can't we all just agree to live and let live when it comes to what we determine our own bodies can and cannot tolerate?
